Today's card features the cute Trick or Treat Kids from The Rubber Cafe. They are stamped in Black Archival on Watercolor paper, then colored using the Marker Watercoloring Technique. (Gotta LOVE that technique!). The clouds behind my image were created by sponging ink around a punched scallop.Details:
