Now for something a little different....

and to say I'm excited would be an understatement!!!!

Ok so lets just jump in shall we. I thought I'd mix it up this weekend by showing you a bookmark and two gift card ard holders I made.

I stamped the Images from the Bon Appetite set and the sentiment Just Because for the gift card holders and the Extra Large Daisy on the bookmark.

I'm all about re-purposing items from everyday life such as making mini albums from coffee cup sleeves or disposable coasters etc etc ....well with that train of thought I came up with the idea of the gift card holder. After a recent hotel stay, they had room key holders so I kept mine took it home, ripped it apart and well as you can see I made these.

The bookmark was created because.... well I just needed one :)

I colored all the images with copics and pencil crayons and I used glossy accents to give them all dimension and shine. On the wine bottles and glasses it gives it a "glassy" look which I'm pleased about.

On the bookmark I did a faux stitch with white ink to match the ribbon.
