Trick or Treat ... Anouncing our new product....

We have been selling Test Tubes for our Halloween goodies for quite some time and now we have added a new size to the family . We now have 75 ml Test Tubes with metal caps. These Test Tubes are 1 inch wide and 6 inches tall .. they are going to make Halloween gift giving fun ... Check out this cute project I did using Lisa Sommerville and Lindsays Template design ... I started with a plain piece of Chipboard and cut the box out and then glued it all together using out using our Scrap Happy Glue ( this stuff is sticky ) ...

I did not want to paint it solid black so I took a sponge and wiped the black paint on here and there ... where it was too dark I took sand paper to it . I used labels two to cut out the front take and stamped Just Batty on it and colored it with Copics of course . Then there is that SUPER CUTE LAB ( Wheres my treat?) available online. Stamped in the upper corner is the cob web ( You need to Dust ) ...

So we are going to give a Trick or Treat Labrador away but here is the catch we need comments ... when we hit 25 we are going to give one away .... let me know what you think ... tell me something funny that happened on the week-end ....

Can't wait to hear from you

Awwwhhh pooey I probaby don't count for your draws anymore now that I'm on the design team do I LOL????!!! Well I guess that means we'll just have to give the prize away to some other lovely lady (or gent) so leave your comment. Come on people it's FREE stuff, who doesn't like a "treat" once in a while we promise there'll be no "tricks" :) Good luck everyone!!!!!!

I just stumbled across your site and am enjoying looking through all of the projects. Great idea with these test tubes. Very cute. Something funny that happened Wednesday night - I let our choc lab outside one last time for the night before I went to bed. I closed the sliding screen door and went to wash my face. A few minutes later I heard her drinking her water in her room and assumed my hubby had let her in. Shortly after that I went to the kitchen and about the same time my hubby did too. We both stopped and looked at the half-open sliding screen door before realizing that neither of us had let her inside. Apparently she was tired of waiting for us to let her in so she let herself in (and didn't bother to slide the door shut). I guess we'll have to teach her to close the door behind her next time. Thanks for sharing all of your projects. Off to look some more.

Took a class from Melissa this weekend and was able to see this card in person. The picture is great, but does not do it justice. It is so stunning! The little details ie the flying dimensional bats hanging from the ribbed, ribbon bows, the coloring, the awesome candy filled test tubes, and of course her adorable lab stamp.... Can't wait to make some of my own, so, of course I had to buy all the products - which she had in stock (yeah), I didn't have to place an order for them . We all had a blast, including her 3 dogs - who of course joined us girls as we created two fabulous fishbowl themed cards. There was lots of laughter, sharing, learning, munching on goodies while we stamped. Can't wait for next months class! Thanks Melissa, pups and stamping friends new and old, Bet
