Can’t wait to SEA you

Hi folks! Hope you had a great weekend! I did. Went to a crop, and I honestly don’t know a better way to spend a weekend… :):):)

This week’s challenge is stitching. I loooove stitching and used to use my dear machine a lot. But it died last week *sob*. It was an expected death (I even did a layout about it called Ode to a dying stitching machine a couple of months ago), but it’s sad anyway. Sooooo, I decided to use faux stitching on my card. Easy peasy but a really nice accent on any card.

I made a shaker card using the Fishing for Details set. I masked the stamps and colored them with water colors. Then I covered it all with some glitter liquid that gave a watery shine. You can’t tell from the photos, but it’s there… LOL!

The design is based on this week’s Card Patterns sketch.

Have a lovely week!
