If you are like me you are addicted to making cards sometimes it is hard to think outside the box.
When it comes to tastes my Mother and I could be polar opposites I like glitter , bling , bright colors ... and pink , everything should be shiny and new . My mother is a antique collector , and always says that "one mans trash is another ones treasure" This woman has more trinkets and doodads ...
The project started out with white cardstock and evolved into this little piece of artwork . I used several stamps on this project
Background Basics 1, Inked Poppy, Vintage Treasures.
I used Vintage Photo ink and my Promarkers to color the Poppy. The metal findings are Tim Holtz (I love his little hinges and frames I have a ton) They are never used I just collect them but I broke them out of the package for this special project. Our ScrapHappy Sheer Glue worked perfect for adhering all the paper and also the embellishments. I found this new product called GooseBumps and I have been testing it out ... with this product all you do it spray it and it creates a bumpy texture to the cardstock or what ever project you are working on. I have to say that it is a pretty neat effect . It is now on order and we will be carrying it . (I expect it to arrive next week)
