Wednesday Winners

I'm not at home this week...so Wednesday's winners didn't get posted on Wednesday.  So...you thought you would see a project with a window...nope...I also didn't get a chance to take pictures of the window cards I meant to show you.  I know...strike two...but don't worry...there isn't a strike three.  I'm listing the winners of the banner challenge and the window challenge at the end of this post.  The Thursday challenge will show up later this evening...I'll even throw in a little tutorial for your wait.  Want to know what the tutorial?  You'll have to check back later today for the details.

In the meantime...how about a little inspiration.  A few weeks ago there was a challenge on Splitcoast to do a red card...and use something in the home for inspiration.  I think the inspiration is obvious.  The card uses Roller Baby...one of my favorite stamps.   I stamped in red ink on a circle from the small circle Nestabillities set.  The circle behind that is from the large circle set.  Then...one more Nestabillities behind that is from the peony set and that was embossed to add a little more pop.  As I was taking pictures of this card...I thought it would be great with the Oh Santa stamp with longer spellbinders.  The Rubber Cafe has a great selection of Spellbinders to dress up all of our cards.

I bet you're thinking...ok...enough blah blah blah...where are the winners... OK...here they are.

Winner #1 is for the banner.

Nubia...thanks so much for participating and hanging in here while we hiccuped.

Winner #2 is for the window challenge.

Nancy D...Spellbinder frames make great windows.

Thanks ladies to both of you.  Send your contact info to design-team@therubbercafe.com and we'll get your gift certificates right to you.

Sooo...lets have a look at what other fab entries we've had this week.

Remember...for a little tutorial and the challenge...check back later tonight.

Awwww - thanks so much! You have no idea how much I labored over that banner page....the first version of it didn't sit well and I stared and stared at it for hours!
