Berry Lucky and a double page layout

Hi folks! Happy Monday!!!!

I have two projects to share today and I’ll start with a card using the Fruit Medley Set.

Berry Lucky
I started with making a frame popped up on foam to get some dimension. All the papers used are MME. Then the fun stamping and coloring begun! I stamped the jar stamp three times on water color paper and once on patterned paper. I colored in the jar as I wanted it with gelatos metallic (so it shimmers beautifully) and cut out the full stamp. Then I cut out the lid from patterned paper and glued it down on the jar. The fruit was colored with distress inks – I used Shabby Shutters and Peeled Paint for the pear and Festive Berries, Scattered Straw and Mustard Seed for the apple. Then I cut out the fruit and strawberry part of the stamp and adhered it to the jar piece with 3D foam. Next I colored the strawberries with Festive Berries, Fired Brick and Aged Mahogany, cut out and adhered with 3D foam.

I did the flag by stamping the sentiment on patterned paper, trim it to a stripe and then make a fish tail at one end. Then I folded the left end around a toothpick and it was done.

Next up is a double page layout I did about all the beautiful Roses that were EVERYWHERE in the city of Visby where we went on vacation two weeks ago.

I used the Vintage Treasure set to decorate this page which is kind of clean, not many items on it. But I do think the roses and the beautiful butterflies speaks for them selves… :)
