Hello everyone! Today is my youngest daughter's 12th birthday! I wanted to make her a card using some of her favorite colors and stamps so I got out the Sweet Treats stamp set and got busy!
The base of my card is made from Kraft cardstock. I used some Teresa Collins patterned 6x6 paper because it's my daughter's favorite. I stamped the cupcake stand image onto Pugnacious Signature Cream paper using Tuxedo Black memento ink. I colored it with a variety of Copic markers. I cut/emboss the image using Labels Eight and layered it onto a Decorative Labels Eight. I added some ivory seam binding. I thought it would look better if I put the birthday sentiment on the inside of the card.
The sentiment is from Fabulous Phrases and layered onto more of the patterned paper. I think my daughter will just love this card plus she will love the fact that I am wishing her a Happy Birthday on The Rubber Cafe' blog!
Have a great day!
