Steampunk Wall Hanging

Jen Matott here again to bring you another fun project that I used the Steampunk stamp set on.  This is one of my favorite stamps sets EVER!  I find that the images inspire me with a good mix of feminine and masculine.

With the right mix of metallics and black and white patterns, you can create a trendy wall hanging that is artsy and fun!
I used the Steampunk and the text stamp with StazOn ink on the Acrylic frame here.  The silver gear and wing is from the same set!  I used embossing powders for that metallic look.
I LOVE Peacock feathers for their colors and feel.  This little embellishment just added the perfect touch.  Can you see a sprinkling of Jellie Dots in there?
Some more Jellie Dots and a different view of the dress form with a doily and ribbon dress.
I embossed the surface by stamping VersaMark on the cardboard and using embossing powders in gold and copper.  I then stamped the text stamp on there again!  It gives a distressed look to the cardboard.

This wall hanging was so fun to make and I love how it came out!
