Hi!
Happy Monday! Hope you had a weekend filled with stamping! Like me! :) I went a bit crazy with my background stamps and ended up with a vintage card with loads of layers.

I stamped the text stamp from the Steampunk set with different colors of Distress inks (Wild Honey, Weathered Wood, Broken China) to try find the “right” color, but ended up using them all. The focal image is also from the Steampunk set, clear embossed and paper pieced on one of the text papers.
The sentiment is from the Fabulous Phrases set.
I inked all the pieces with Distress ink Vintage photo which helped me make a whole of it all – despite different colors and textures.. Also the stitched border around the card has the same effect.
This card ended up in a very different way then I first pictured it when I started working on it. Much more busy, but I like it and happy all the stamping could be used!
Have a fab week and thanks for stopping by!

Great layers!! Colors are popping too!! not colors I naturally gravitate to, but I love the affect so may have to try this combo some time.
