Time to Make The Gift Tags!

Hello Everyone!  Hope you are having a great Tuesday!

Over the summer, I was given a bunch of little Italian Plums so I made them into some really delicious jam.  I made about 25 pints of this jam (if I never see another little purple plum it will be wonderful!)   So I bet you know what everyone is going to be getting for Christmas this year!  LOL The postman, trashman and UPS guy plus all those teachers that touch my girl's lives. So I sat down and designed a quick and easy tag to put on my Italian Plum Jam.

For the base of this tag, I used these little house-shaped chipboard that I have had forever.  I am not sure who makes/made them but I thought it would look cute.  To make the roof of the house, I ran some Kraft cardstock thru my Grand Calibur using the Bricks & Bark M-Bossabilities™  from Spellbinders Paper Arts.    For the bottom of my house, I stamped the It's A Blizzard Outside stamp onto some blue cardstock using Versamark ink.  I sprinkled some clear embossing powder mixed with Your So Fine Diamond Clear Glitter over this, tapped off the excess and heat set.  Then I glued this into place using Scrap Happy Sheer Glue.  I cut/embossed some graduated circles from my Classic Circles from Spellbinders to make my snowman.  For the hat, I used some black cardstock that I cut using Classic Squares.  I added alittle sprig of holly from Christmas Tidings stamp set and added some red glitter glue for berries.  Here is look at a different angle.

Here is my snowman tag hanging from my Italian Plum Jam!!

Hopefully everyone who receives this gift will enjoy it! I will be having a good time making these tags and so will my family! We will make a bunch of them assembly-line style on Sunday. It's kind of a family tradition to get together to make cookies and other crafts to give as gifts.

Hope you have a great day!
