Pomegranate Decor- With Gloria Stengel- January Guest Designer

Hi Everyone!!  Today's project was designed and created by
Gloria Stengel, our January Guest Designer!

I've been looking forward to seeing what she's been working on while using some of our latest stamps from The Rubber Cafe' - and I can't wait to share some of it now with all of you!
You won't be disappointed, so without further ado!  Here she is- Take it away Gloria!!

Good morning. It is Gloria Stengel with you! I am so happy to be here! I regret that I only have one project to share today, but I hope to have more to show you on my next scheduled day, January 31st.

Today I am sharing a card I made with the Pomegranate Decor and Fabulous Phrases stamp sets.

I love fruit stamps (is a pomegranate a fruit?!). This set has a number of pretty designs to choose from.

I stamped the image with dye ink, then cut it out with a postage die cut template (Spellbinders Postage Stamp). I added some pretty red satin ribbon and a button tied up with twine.

I used some pot dots to pop my die cut shape off the card.

I always decorate the inside of my cards to match the front. I cut a strip of paper for the bottom, then stamped one of the pomegranate images in gray ink. I stamped the sentiment in red and another pomegranate image in gray.
Thanks for looking!

Thanks again Gloria, that was wonderful and a great reminder to finish the inside of our cards as well!
Everyone be sure to check back here as Gloria will be sharing again with us January 29th!
