Thinking of You

I had so much fun playing with my Faber-Castell Gelatos that I decided to get them out again for this weeks card.

I started with a piece of Pugnacious Signature White Paper.  I scribbled Grape Gelato from the Blue Gelato pack, Bubble Gum Gelato from the Red Gelato Pack,  and Gold Gelato from the Metalic Gelato Pack.

Then I used a wet wipe to blend the colors together and then set it aside to start working on the card.

I stamped Wood Grain in purple ink on a light purple card base.

Next I cut a piece of Therm-o-Web double sided adhesive sheet and adhered it to the card base.

I covered the adhesive with Purple Rocks You're so Fine Glitter, shaking the excess glitter back into the jar.

When all the excess glitter is brushed away you are left with this cool panel of sparkly yuminess!

I used the Gelato panel to create the panel for the sentiment and the scallop edged.
The sentiment is from the Fabulous Phrases Set
with black ink and colored it with markers.  Then I cut it out and adhered it to the card front with Scrap Happy Glue leaving the wings free to lift up a little.

For the final touch I added a little glimmer with the five Crystal Clear Jellie Dots.

I hope you enjoyed today's project.  I'll be back next week with more Gelato fun...I just can't put them down!!!
