Quick Note Cards!

Hello Friends!  Hope you are having a great day!  Today I would like to share with you a few projects that I made quickly and easy (my kind of projects!) to give to my mom.  My mom is always asking for cards to send her church friends.  Sometimes I get in trouble because they cost extra for postage so when I was making these cards that was a big factor.  Here are some of the supplies I used:

I am using one of my favorite TRC stamp sets - Fabulous Phrases.  I use it all the time!  Plus I grabbed a few of my favorite die templates from Spellbinders.  I also used a 6 x 12 sheet of patterned paper from Crate Paper.  I kept things pretty simple because I needed to get these done fast.  I know I could have surfed the web a bit and found a One Sheet Wonder template that would have utilized every last bit of this paper but.....well I was lazy!  LOL  If you aren't familiar with the One Sheet Wonder concept, you should google it and see the results!  Tons of inspiration!!

Here you can see I stamped the sentiments onto some white cardstock using Tuxedo Black Memento ink and then cut/embossed with various dies.  Here are my finished cards.

Using a couple M-Bossabilities embossing folders also added some dimension without adding bulk.  Here are the other 3 cards.

Hopefully these note cards will be what my mom is looking for.  I just love the color combo and pattern of the paper because it makes me think of spring!  Hope you have a great day!
