I’m working on my Christmas card and made a bunch this weekend while having fun with mists. Love to get messy once in a while… :)

I started with a large water color paper that I stamped randomly with two wintery background stamps: Elegant snowflake border and It’s a blizzard outside. I used embossing ink and then white embossing powder to make them resist the mists. Then I misted part of the paper with shades of blue Dylusions inks and a grey mist. I finished it off with misting some water to make the inks blend and runny. I flipped the paper to make the ink run down the page.
When dry I trimmed the paper to four different cards, and here is one of them, finished off with a sentiment: Merry Christmas (Bold), some rhinestones, pearls and lace.
Thank you so much for stopping by today!

Stamps: The Rubber Cafe – Elegant snowflake border, Merry Christmas (Bold). Ink: Ranger – Distress embossing ink, Dylusions ink. Tsukineko – Versa Fine Onyx black.
