Warm weather means more weddings! Good day TRC fans, Mary-Ann here to share an elegant but simple card made with this months Creative Cafe Kit of the Month - How Sweet it is!
Start with an A2 card base - measuring 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. Grab a small floral stamp that you like (there are several to pick from!) Randomly stamp this flower on your card base. I used a gray instead of black to be a little more subtle. (Momento Ink Pad - Gray Flannel)
I then chose the paper I wanted to use for my cake. I let the paper shine here without embellishing except for the small red heart stamp. I clumped some white thread behind the cake, raised the cake with foam tape and applied this to my card. I stamped "Congratulations!" and "It's your Wedding Day!" close together and in black so I could create one banner for the bottom of the card. I buckled this banner a bit and used glue dots for adhesive. Last step is to apply the smallest pearl dots from Queen & Co. to the center of your flowers that show. Simple. Perfect.
