From the Kitchen of:

Here with my second card this month, I mixed both the main kit stamp set and the add-on set from November's Creative Cafe KOTM - Now We're Cookin!

Each month, it seems as though I MUST doodle!
This card was cute but needed something.  It was too late to sew, so at the end, my Essential PITT Artists Pen in Black was perfect for this task.    I kept this pretty simple by starting with a A2 card base of white paper.  I cut another white piece, slightly smaller, backed it with foam and applied to the front of my card.  Cut pretty papers and added as shown.  I then stamped and punched the two smaller circles (this is where you could you your Spellbinders Circle dies), then the larger.  I backed the larger with foam and applied.

Not sure if you can see this, but I did not want any of the detail of the stamp on my apron so I laid the stamp down on the patterned paper that I wanted and traced it with a pencil.  I then fussy cut around the outside and hand drew and cut for the apron strings around the neck.  I think this is even made my apron a little larger.

I cut a square of paper for the bib of the apron, tied around the white ribbon and added a small black sticker for a pocket.

I backed the smaller stamped circles with foam and added like so.  I did take my Essential PITT Artists Pen out a this point and started doodling to add detail and help emphasize the stamping and apron.

Thank you for stopping by and I will see you next week for my next creation.
