With April's kit, we've taken a Vintage flair, teamed up with a wonderful 6x6 pad from Echo Park, I think you'll be very inspired! The kit is called Good Times to Follow, and the exclusive coordinating stamp sets this month are amazing Vintage Findings and Those were Good Times.
I used the add on set for my fun fold card today.
I started with an 11" x 4 1/4" panel of grey cardstock from the paper included in the kit.
I scored the panel at 2 3/4" and 5 1/2"
Then I folded the panel so that it could sit up like this.
I embossed a panel of yellow cardstock with the dress form embossing folder that comes in this months kit. Then I sanded it lightly with sand paper to expose the white core before adhering to the back panel.
I adhered a panel of patterned paper on the smaller front panel.
I added a strip of Scrap Happy Glue and let it dry a little.
Once the glue dried to "tacky" I added a strip of lace trim from the kit.
At the top of the back panel I added a die cut circle panel that I attached through a flower with one of the dress form brads that came with the kit.
I created the panel below and the adhered it to the front panel of the card.
This is how it looks all closed up.
Here is a side view.
