With April's kit, we've taken a Vintage flair, teamed up with a wonderful 6x6 pad from Echo Park, I think you'll be very inspired! The kit is called Good Times to Follow, and the exclusive coordinating stamp sets this month are amazing Vintage Findings and Those were Good Times.
Today I created a fun center step card that showcases several of the great stamps that came in the April kit and add on set.
To create this card I started with a 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" piece of pink cardstock.
I scored the cardstock as shown in the picture. 4/1/4", 51/4", 2" and 1" and the I cut the two vertical lines 1 1/2" in from each side and stopping an inch from the edge.
Then I folded on the score lines so it looked like this.
I covered the front panels with paper panels using Scrap Happy Glue.
To create the banner I stamped the banner on white cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Then I stamped each of the flags on scraps of patterned paper. I cut them out and adhered them to the full banner with Scrap Happy Glue.
I cut out the banner and adhered it to the card front with Scrap Happy Glue
I paper pieced the dress form and added it to the card.
Then I stamped the camera on white cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I fussy cut out the camera and adhered it to the card with 3D Foam Squares.
Memento Rhubarb Stalk dye ink.
I backed that panel with a slightly larger oval panel and then adhered it to the card front.
I stamped the phone on grey patterned paper with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
Then I cut it out and attached it to the card with 3D Foam Squares.
The "Thinking of you" panel was the final step to complete today's card.
