Hi Everyone and Happy Spring!!
Today's card is a simple pretty card full of layers - I'm using the featured stamp set Vintage Findings included in this month's Creative Cafe' kit, Good Times to Follow.
I stamped my image using the beautiful rose from the Vintage Findings set included in your kit, I stamped it on white with Memento London fog- and colored with copics. I created a mask and using the London Fog again, I stamped the rose again at different angles around my colored image. I took my sponge dauber, and inked with Distressed Ink- Pumice Stone; I sponged all around the outside of the colored rose to fill and add shadows, and depth to the image.
I cut another smaller accent circle - and stamped my sentiment 'enjoy the little things' on a double-fish tailed banner, the center of the banner was popped with dimensional adhesives, I curled the ends down and up - to create some movement. Enamel dots from the kit, were added to the green 1" circle, to tie it all together.
It's hard to see but in the close-up picture above, if you look closely you can see the rest of my sentiment 'smile' stamped in Memento's London Fog.
I used my white Uni-ball Signo pen to add some dots and interest to the colored Rose.
Here's one more look at my finished card, and thanks for stopping by today!
I hope you're finding some inspiration this month and have your kits out to
get busy creating some fun of your own!
