Start with a silver A2 standard card base. 4 1/4 x 11 then folded in half. Next, cut a 3 3/4 x 5 piece of light blue backed with foam tape. Cut a 3 5/8 x 4 7/8 piece of white. Before adding this, stamp your details then back with foam and attach. I embossed the little town. I placed a scrap piece of paper down under the moon so that would not get stamped right away. I then used silver embossing powder and a heat gun. Same for the sentiment at the top. Now, cover the town and re-stamp just the moon with yellow. Back with foam and attach to the blue. Simple, clean and elegant.
Tip: I used a dryer sheet and rub it on my entire piece I am about to emboss on. This prevents some, if not all of the little unwanted pieces from sticking.
See you again real soon.
