Fun Fold Christmas Card

Hello Rubber Cafe' Fans!

Kristine here today with another card that I made with the October Kit of the Month Club.   This month's kit called Creative Christmas!

The kit includes Echo Park's 6x6 pad- The Story of Christmas by Designer Lori Whitlock, and tons of amazing ribbons and other embellishments.

For today I used all of the available stamp set called Home for the Holidays that is included with the kit, the add on set, Hearts of the Season, and the bonus set, Christmas is Coming.

Today's card was inspired by some that I saw on Pinterest.
I'm not sure what it's called so I'll just call it a fun fold Christmas card!

Here is the front.

It opens up to this!
A full 8 1/2" x 11" multi panel greeting!

To create this card I started with a full sheet of red cardstock from the kit.
Using my Scor-pal, I scored the 8 1/2" x 11" panel at 2 3/4" and 8 1/4".

Then I turned the panel a 1/4 turn and scored again at 4 1/4".

I turned the panel again and then folded the sides in at the 2 3/4" and 8 1/4" score lines.

I cut on the 4 1/4" score line up to the fold line.

I folded it in again

And then folded it in half to create a regular A2 card (5 1/2" x 4 1//4")

Decorate the front of the card by adhering to panels of patterned paper 5/1/4" x 2" to the front.
Adhere a strip of flowered trim (from the kit) to a 1" by 5 1/4" panel of white card stock.

Add the strip to the front of the card.

Stamp image on a white die cut circle and color with pencils.
Back with a red scallop edge panel and then adhere to the card.

Create four panels.
The white panels are 2 3/8" x 3 7/8"
The patterned paper panels are 2 1/4" x 3 3/4"

Open the card and adhere the panels to the card with Scrap Happy Glue.

Add two panels with houses stamped and colored with pencils.

Open up the entire sheet.
And add four more panels (same measurements) to the outside panels with Scrap Happy Glu

I added this panel to the top right panel.

This is the top panel.

Bottom left panel!

This is how the inside looks when it's complete.

I hope you enjoyed today's card.
