Base: 5&1/2" by 4&1/4" Silver cardstock
First Layer: 5&1/4" by 4" piece of white cardstock brushed with Distress Ink (I used Faded Jeans and Weathered Wood). To create the moon in the upper right corner, I punched out a 1&1/2" circle, and held it in place on the corner while I brushed on the Distress Ink:
Next Layer: I tore down 1" by 5&1/4" strips of white cardstock and snowflake patterned paper. I brushed them with Scrap Happy Glue using a small piece of acetate to apply, let it dry, then sprinkled with Crystal Ice You're So Fine Glitter.
Set all of these pieces aside for later.
Stamp the little town scene in Memento Black Tuxedo Ink on the front of the card about 1&1/4" to 1" from the bottom of the card....I curved the stamp on my block to make it look like a hillside in the moonlight, one of the great things you can do with acrylic stamps. Once it was stamped, I brushed the entire moonlight scene with Scrap Happy Glue, let it dry, then sprinkled and buffed on Crystal Ice You're So Fine Glitter. I arranged the torn pieces created earlier along the bottom edge of the card.
The sentiment was stamped using Memento Black Tuxedo ink on white cardstock, then trimmed to a banner, and matted on silver cardstock. I fussy cut out a few snowflakes and added these pieces to the card (I used foam tape for the sentiment and snowflake by the sentiment).
