Today I have a card for a special friend using the Vintage Findings and Those Were Good Times stamp sets. I love these two sets. They call to the vintage, shabby chic in me!
To begin this card, I cut a piece of brown cardstock to 5 1/4 x 10 1/2" and scored it at 5 1/4" to create the base for this card. The patterned paper is from the 6x6 Love & Lace Collection pad by Bo Bunny. I stamped the cameo image onto some pink cardstock using Versamark ink. I sprinkled on white embossing powder and heat set it then fussy cut it out. I stamped the cameo again onto white cardstock using Rich Cocoa Memento Ink and cut just the woman's silhouette out. I added a strip of the pink cardstock along the middle of the card and tied some seam binding ribbon into a bow around it. Then I added a die and popped up my embossed cameo and the sentiment. To complete the card, I added some pearls in all 4 corners. Here is a close-up!
Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you will check out all the great items on sale so you can pick up some bargains for yourself!
