Hi!! I'm Jessica Griffin, The Rubber Cafe's guest designer for the month of February! I'm so excited to be here today, sharing with you this card I created using the awesome new kit; Birds of a Feather.
I love playing with ink and creating backgrounds for my cards. To create this background I scribbled with four of my Neocolor Crayons onto white card stock. After I was satisfied with the color, I used a wet paintbrush to blend the colors together and create a 'painted' background.
I set the background aside to dry and began stamping the focal point, the flower and the sentiment. I love creating flags out of sentiments, they're super easy to cut, and they look really cute with just about anything.
