Base Layer: 5&1/2" by 4&1/4" white cardstock.
Next Layer: 2" by 4&1/4" piece of blue striped paper matted on 2&1/4" by 4&1/4" piece of periwinkle blue cardstock.
Center Panel: 3&1/2" by 4" piece of burlap printed paper.
TIP: I used a pair of scissors (you can use a distress tool) to rough the edges a bit and then added some Gathered Twigs distress ink to make the paper look like real frayed burlap.
Stamp the berry basket on white cardstock, color and cut out. Stamp sentiment in Black Tuxedo Ink a little more than 1/2 way down on a 3" by 2&1/2" piece of white cardstock, then foam tape berry basket above sentiment.
Stamp "we be jammin" on white cardstock and punch out with 3/4" circle punch. Mat on 1" circle of blue cardstock, add tag with twine to bottom of center panel, then mat entire panel on a 2&3/4" by 3&1/4" piece of blue cardstock.
