Celebrate with Sprinkles on Top!

Wow, oh WOW!!!  The new KOTM here at The Rubber Cafe': Special Celebration, is so adorable!  The sweet MME papers, lots of gorgeous embellishments, and oh MY the stamps!!  How about some birthday inspiration today?

First Layer:  5&1/2" by 4&1/4" white cardstock base.

Next Layer: 4" by 4&1/4"(long) piece of mint green/gold dot paper and 4" by 1&1/2" piece of gold foil floral paper.  Use card base as a guide and glue just the upper edge of the gold foil floral to the mint green/gold dot paper (do not glue to card base yet).  Wrap this base piece with mint green satin ribbon over the seam area, then glue entire piece to white cardstock base.

Center Panel:  Cut a 3&1/2" by 2&1/2" piece of white cardstock.  Stamp sentiment at bottom edge in Black Tuxedo Memento ink.  Stamp hearts above and to the right of sentiment in pink ink (I used Worn Lipstick Distress Ink). Mat this on a 3&3/4" by 2&3/4" piece of pink pearl cardstock and attach to card using foam tape.

Stamp cupcake on kraft paper and cut out cupcake liner only.  Stamp cupcake on pink with gold sprinkle paper, then cut out top only.  Color in sprinkles using gel pen (included in your kit!!) and do this also to the little hearts stamped on the center panel.  Attach cupcake pieces to center panel above sentiment using foam tape.

Next, stamp the bottom of the cupcake again on the gold foil floral paper.  TIP: To make this easier to see and cut out....stamp on the back of this paper:

Glue the band to the cupcake wrapper using Scrap Happy Glue.  Cut two small banners from the pink pearl cardstock and gold foil floral paper, glue to the left side.

Thanks for stoppin' by....we have so much more inspiration coming.....stop back again soon!
