Glittery Thank You

Hello Rubber Cafe' Fans!

Today I made a sparkly Thank You Card using the April Creative Cafe KOTM - Petticoat Fashion.  I used both of the stamp sets for this card, the main stamp set Hello, World and the add-on stamp set,  The Greatest Gift of Life.

To create the sparkly flowers I started by stamping the solid flower base with Angel Pink Memento Dye ink.

I squeezed some Scrap Happy Glue on my craft sheet and spread it very thin with my finger.

Then I pressed the stamp into the Scrap Happy Glue and then stamped it on the flowers.

I covered the flowers with the Princess Pink You're so fine glitter that came with this months kit and shook off the excess.

I repeated the same process with the leaves but I used Moss Green You're So Fine Glitter.

Set both of these panels aside to dry.

Stamp sentiment on a 5" x 3 1/8" panel of white cardstock with different colors of ink.

Adhere the stamped panel and a 1 1/2" x 5" strip of patterned paper to a 5" square panel of yellow cardstock.

Tie green ribbon around the panel and then adhere to a 5 1/4" square green card base.

"Burnish" the glitter on the flowers and leaves by rubbing across the images with your finger.
Then cut the images out and adhere to the card.

These pictures don't do the sparkle justice but it is super shiny!

That's it!
It is pretty easy to make and looks great!
I hope you'll give it a try!
