Hello! How Are You?

Hello Rubber Cafe fans! It's Amber here, today I'm sharing a lovely multi layered card featuring lots of fun stuff from April's Kit Of The Month- Petticoat Fashion. I also used the add on stamp set called The Greatest Gift Of Life to create today's card. Check it out below along with a step by step tutorial.

Step 1. Started by folding an 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" piece of light yellow cardstock in half to create a 5 1/2" by 4 1/4" card base.

Step 2. Cut a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" piece of patterned paper, adhere to yellow card base. I used the lovely floral patterned paper from the 6 x 6 paper pad. After you adhere it to your card base set it aside.

Step 3. Now your going to work on the layered stamped panel. Cut a 3 1/2' piece of  patterned paper and die cut both ends. I used the solid yellow piece of patterned paper from the 6 x 6 paper pad and die cut the edges with one of Paper Smooches Borders 2 dies.

Step 4. Cut a 3' piece of patterned paper of and adhere it to the piece of patterned paper you just die cut in the step above. I used the two toned polka dotted paper from the 6 x 6 paper pad.

Step 5. Cut a 2 1/2' x 5 1/2'  piece of white cardstock. This is the panel you will do all your stamping on. I stamped the large "Hello" sentiment stamp from the Hello, World stamp set  towards the left side of my panel and added the smaller "How are you?" sentiment stamp right below it. Once my sentiments were stamped I stamped two of the solid blooms in yellow from The Greatest Gift Of Life

Step 6. On another piece of white cardstock I stamped four more blooms from The Greatest Gift Of Life stamp set, fussy cut them, and adhered them to the first two larger yellow blooms I stamped with some 3-D Foam Tape Adhesive.

Step 7. Staple a small piece of folded bright green ribbon towards the top left of your stamped panel, adhere your stamped panel to your two other patterned panels (the yellow die cut piece and the polka dotted piece). Now staple another piece of bright green ribbon along the bottom half of your white cardstock and polka dotted patterned paper.

Step 8. Take the bright green ribbon and tie a bow. Set aside.

Step 9. Adhere your layered/stamped panel to your cardbase.

Step 10. Add your bright green ribbon bow right below your two stamped flowers and adhere two mini coordinating buttons to their centers. This is completely optional but I like how it gives the flowers more dimension.

That's it your finished!

I had so much fun creating this fun little card, I hope you enjoyed my step by step tutorial today. Thanks for stopping!
